HOW TO WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING
hey guys,
today i am explaining you some simple tips to wake up early in the morning
1. EARLY BED CHALLENGE
Here before wake up early we need to sleep early because early to bed help us to get enough sleep that our body actually want from us it should be 6 to 8 hours.
if you early to bed then it quiet easy to wake up early.
2. DISTANCE ALARM CLOCK
i know you know that but it actually work
-if you put your alarm clock away from your body and keep it at some height like almirah and it will help because for switching off you have to do some physical work.
3. MORE ALARM
you have to do is that take 2-3 phones or alarm clocks and make a alarm at a same time then when all alarm will rings at a same time then you are not able to switch off alarms as a result you wake up.
4. SPEAKER METHOD
you have to do that is take one speaker and connect to your smart phone and speaker volume should be high,when alarm rings then it gives very loud music and it help you to wake up at your time.
